I am looking to get a bigger cage for my 2 year old conure. Currently I’m in the market to buy one online that is advertised as a “solid metal cage” coated with “non-toxic hammertone paint” which included stainless steel dishes. I was just wondering if this would actually be a safe cage for a green cheek. The seller is YaheeTech, which is based in Ontario California but customer pictures show a box with "Made in China." Mostly 5 stars, with lowest rating be 3 stars. Is non-toxic hammertone safe?

Zoii has recently developed habbit of chewing and eating any plastic bag within site. Earlier she used to chew paper but never eat it. But now she actually tear down the whole bag and we all have to be always alert to see that there are no plastic bags lying around. We have tried keeping everything away and our house is child proofed but still she finds one or other plastic thing. What can i do to stop her from eating plastic??
