My favorite leashes are practical ones with features such as clip-style handles and/or built in bag holders - ones with both are my absolute favorite and hard to find. My go-to brand was out of stock and I wanted another one for my road trip so I decided to try alcott's weekender leash. This leash seems to be sturdy and well put together - including the handle clip. I tested the reflective strip and liked it. Unlike the similar leash I already own, it can be shortened, which is a huge advantage for city walking, patio brunches, and beer gardens. My dog is small, she is about 14 lbs. The leash, especially the harness clip, was too large and heavy for her. Hopefully alcott considers making a leash that is suitable for dogs under 20 pounds. I ended up gifting this to a friend of mine, she has a golden retriever. It seems like the perfect size and weight for them.
