Too heavy and bulky
There is no instruction on how to use this collar and the collar is way too heavy for a small dog. I am so disappointed with Petco and there service...

Washed out color
Unfortunately, I ordered this collar thinking it also had a buckle to make it easier to put on and take off. It does not. My mistake, looking at the pic. But the other thing that has me about to return it is that the color red is so washed out, not what I expected.
