Disappointing
I loved the length of this leash and the safety strap. Unfortunately after just a few weeks it started having trouble retracting. So, we'd pull the strap out til it caught and retracted. Then it got worse and worse and finally would retract at all. Had to take it back.
No, I do not recommend this product.
