For our dog, this works great!

We have used this for our German Shepherd who has Arthritis and Hip Dysplasia. This is a miracle medication for him. Our vet says this works well on some dogs and not on others. It is definitely worth trying if your dog has either of these issues

No, I do not recommend this product.

Chewy sells this in a pack of 2 vials for $148. WalmartRX sells one for $79, so this is a good price for one vial. My vet sells one vial for $128. Keep in mind this medicine only allows a limited number of punctures into the vial before it must be discarded. Something like 8 - 12 times. So if you are giving a small amount of medicine to your dog or cat, you will likely discard some of the vial contents.

No, I do not recommend this product.

How do you sell Adequan which needs a syringe without supplying or being able to buy them? Who runs your company? Going to PetMeds that offers both. You need to make some changes at the top.

No, I do not recommend this product.

There is no way to administer this medicine. It does not come with syringes or needles. In my state, you cannot buy needles or syringes over the counter, so I had to make a special appointment to go to my vet for these items. It was a giant hassle.

No, I do not recommend this product.

This medicine has drastically improved my dogs mobility. He was barely walking despite extensive pain medication. He obviously was experiencing pain with every attempt to get up. He is still not sitting or jumping up as he use to, but moves from place to place without hesitation. Walking more, doesn't seem to be in any pain. Disappointed that Petco no longer carries this and I had to find a new supplier. It is an injectable and sometimes I get it right, other times not so much. Feel some of the problem with its effectiveness is due to me. Wish it was available as an implant.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I have been using this for my senior dog since June of 2020. My dog is taking this under the supervision of her vet. She was having joint problems and artritis with stumble and falls. I can see her improving in leaps and bounds. She is now falling less and having more good days. I was warned before that 20% of dogs might not see any difference. However this was not the case for my dog. She will now go running around the yard or chase bikes on a walk (she is on leash). I do not like that she chases bikes but I love that she feels like she can and has a smile on her face as she does. Petco also sells needles if you want to administer at home (under Vet Rx). Otherwise the Vet office will administer. This is an easy shot to give a dog if you know what you are doing and it does not bother you to put a needle in your dog. My dog stays still for this and I can tell a difference in her the next day after the shot. Good idea to rub between the shoulder before the shot and after.

Yes, I recommend this product.
