Questions
Can I feed this to my 5 months old working line German shepherd even though his not an adult yet ?
- Hi there! We would not recommend feeding this recipe until yoru dog is 16-18 months old. The reason one diet is appropriate for a growing large breed dog while another one isn’t, primarily has to do with the calcium content. Too much calcium for a growing large breed dog can result in issues with bone growth and skeletal development. For this reason, certain diets are not recommended for growing large-breed dogs.
