Why did you reduce the size of the bag from 25# to 22.5# but keep the price the same? I dislike these dishonest practices and canceling my reoccurring order and going with a different brand.
- ACANA & ORIJEN are known for the high inclusions and variety of fresh and raw animal ingredients featured in each diet. Over the past few years, the cost of these ingredients has risen substantially. In addition, we are faced with increased costs for packaging and freight along with other factors. We will not compromise the integrity of the ingredients we use, and we believe you wouldn’t have it any other way. To minimize the impact on pet lovers as well as provide better consistency across ORIJEN, we have decreased the bag size of our largest bags from 25 lbs to 23.5 lbs.
