Why is there not a disclaimer on this food? At the very least maybe something saying "everyone choosing to feed a dog a grain free diet should consult with their Veterinarian first." This simple act could have saved my Golden Retrievers life
- Champion Pet Foods Customer Care, although your response is correct, you could have shown a little more empathy towards N8Lines losing their dog. (N8Lines, I'm very sorry for your loss.) Plus, what N8Lines is requesting is reasonable and would be informative to the consumer. I've been feeding my dog an L.I.D. for 5 years, due to allergies without issues, but disclaimers are informative and allow your customers to make more informed decisions and show that the company cares. Responses lacking of human connection and emotion show what kind of company you are.
