Nice indoor aviary. Read this for Instructions.

House of Squawk Sanctuary

The aviary is nice but it doesn't come with instructions. Here are my instructions: There are only two kinds of bolts. The fat bolts are actually the feet. Add felt to them if you want to move the cage easily. Make sure that large holes are on the bottom of the cage when you put together the sides. That is the only thing you must pay attention to. Then you put the small sections on the top that holds the roof. Then put on the roof. The nest box door and feeder can go on anytime after sides are up. You'll need help putting on the roof because it is all one piece. There are a lot of screws and it just takes time. A few of the screw inserts had popped out but we just gently hammered them back in before assembly.

Yes, I recommend this product.

great aviary BUT impossible to put together

The aviary is beautiful IF it arrives intact (mine arrived very damaged) and IF you are able to put it together. Two average people cannot put together the cage. The roof pieces are not lining up and it is pretty much impossible to attach the roof top. The roof top is incredibly heavy and holding it up perfectly still and perfectly parallel to the floor for long enough so that the other person can screw it to the rest of the cage is a very frustrating and painful task. Had to hire two big guys.

More information needed from petco

petco does not seem to offer very much detailed information regading the bird cages that are sold? Does petco not want you to know what you are buying? Macaws can destroy a beautiful weak bird cage in minutes. There are powerful enough to bend metal and break spot welds. This is why I refuse to purchase a bird cage online. Provide more information.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Beautiful Aviary for a bird room

We bought this a few weeks ago, and it looks great in our baby Green Winged Macaw's room. we haven't moved her in yet, but we're slowly getting her used to it. This will be her enclosure when we aren't home. We're hoping it will stand up to her soon to be powerful beak. I did 4 stars because i'm not sure how sturdy this thing will be yet. There's no instructions, but it comes with 3 copies of a picture of the aviary. Once you organize all of the panels, it was easy to assemble. One suggestion for assembly I would make is, make sure the corners are the correct side up. If you don't pay attention to the direction of the corners, you might miss that one end has the holes for the top corner caps. Otherwise, pretty straight forward assembly.

No, I do not recommend this product.

When will this aviary be back in stock?

Did anyone receive assembly instructions with this cage? I didn't and I sure need them. I have no idea if I even got all the parts or the correct parts.

It came with NO instructions and wrong bolts.. Can please someone tell me what the right size bolts are?

Is this cage strong enough for a green winged macaw?

        1. I bought this years ago and ended up buying my own bolts. It didn't line up perfectly but that changed as I out together. I needed help with the heavy roof. I highly recommend buying from designated sellers familiar with the product. Mine was 1/3 the price I see here. Check with people who are very familiar with parrots. Don't get the 1/2 inch for smaller Conures. Best buy ever, my birds are very safe and happy.

Why does the price say $625.39 and then when you click the photo to order it says $1625.39?

        1. Yeah!!! It just did the same to me.

In the main description it states 1/2" bar spacing, but in the detail description it states 1". which is it? also it only states 2 dimensions... what are the length, width and height overall (assembled)?

        1. This particular cage does have 1/2" bar spacing. I have all the panels leaning up in my garage right now due to receiving all the parts but no assembly instructions.

What is the overall dimensions LxWxH?

          panel sizes

          1. Thank you for your question. These are the panel sizes: Door Panel- 48x72 Front/Back Panel- 24x72 Side Panels- 48x72 Top Roof- 72x48
