I am very happy that I bought this birdcage from Petco, besides that it has the best price, they have great customer service. Every piece in the box was wrapped with bubble paper; it was in perfect condition. The instructions were not so great but I had another cage to copy it from. It is easy for one person to put this cage together. I think that A&E is one of the best birdcage manufacturers.

The cage is huge and its very sturdy. The instuctoins were a bit cofusing but it was a breese to asable as it came with the tools. Just dont use the perches that come with the cage as dowel perches can cause bumble foot and dont use the plastic containers as bacteria builds up REALLY fast in plastic. My Cockatiel loves the space! Front door latch is easy to open. Closes very securely. Bottom tray easy to clean along with the grate. Each pull out separately. Going to put some sort of handles on each side to make it easier to move it from the countertop to its rolling cart. Not too heavy but hard to get a grip. Easy to assemble. Arrived in pretty good condition. A little bent but was easy to straighten. Should have a little more packing on the sides. I wold order again. Super happy!

I would have rated this higher, but the cage arrived with pieces that were bent out of shape--basically it seemed as if it had been badly mishandled during delivery. The assembly instructions are also very difficult to understand, and pieces aren't labeled or easily identified. We had to bend pieces back into shape on our own and one piece almost cracked. That said, once the cage is assembled, it is nice and spacious. So far, so good.

This cage was easy to build, but actual instructions probably would have motivated me to give this five stars. The quality is good and the packaging was sufficient.

I bought this cage last year in June (the blue version) and it came to me with chipped paint, multiple bent bars, and a cracked bottom tray. I tried to contact support, send in multiple tickets, and could never get any response. Now, less than a year later, almost all the paint has chipped off on one of the sides, even in places my bird never goes. It's only one side too (the side that was chipped), making me think it's obviously a painting defect. Very unhappy. I really liked the cage too. If only they had responded to me and send replacement parts, I would have been super happy with it.
