After 2 week shipping wait, cage arrived. Should have noted the dings on box. Assembled and both front and back panels are dented in, bars bent and holes don’t line up etc. Play top slide in tray doesn’t slide in because guards are bent down, have to loosen entire cage to get it in then fasten again. The main problem was moving the cage for the very first time out of its assembled home area and the entire back wheel snapped right off. Metal portion that should be soldered to cage and all. Not to mention that AE choose plastic wheels for this size of cage. I retired a 12 year old Prevue pet cage for this garbage. That one was moved everywhere, taken completely apart and reassembled so many times and we never had one problem with it. I would not recommend this one at all. I am currently waiting to see if the company will even bother to send me the three replacement pieces I requested. Honestly, I just hate this cage. Tip, if you happen to selected this, switch out any hex bolt inside the food bowl area with a lock nut hex. Parrots can easily get them undone by twisting the hex nuts up and out. The top door doesn’t have a bar across it like the 4 lower doors do. My parrot got this door off 4th day. Lock nut fixed that.

The cage itself is wonderful. Very sturdy good quality and easy to put together. But the shipping was a disaster. The cage came a week late went through three dates that kept getting pushed back. Will never order from petco again but would definitely get this cage again elsewhere

I bought from here because I found what I thought I was looking for, which was a 40 x 30 WHITE cage. When you go to the page with the cage on it, it shows the colors on the left. I have come to know now, that none of those are offered and when I clicked on the white cage, it did nothing. It was a huge production to get it, as I had to meet the freight truck and transfer it to my van. I had to tear open the boxes in the van and take it out piece by piece. It was the wrong color. Yes they said I could send it back....right, how? So I paid over $500 for a cage I seem to be stuck with in the wrong color. I will not buy from them again, as I truly didn't receive any other options than ...pack it up and ship it back to them.....
