Received very poorly made product. Bought this cage because I heard it’s the best cage you can by. However, after 3 months, we found that the wheel completely snapped off one day. We ended up putting pieces of wood underneath the cage to keep the cage upright. The cage has seldom moved since the day we bought it and nothing happened to warrant the wheel snapping off, especially since it has sat still for many weeks. After closer inspection at the wheel, it looks like it was improperly welded. Customer service did nothing to correct or help the problem despite selling a faulty product. For a cage that supposed to house a bird that lives in more than 30 years to last only three months is highly disappointing and a huge waste of money. Very disappointed with Petco, customer service, and this product.

Cage seems good quality- however the frame on the back panel was badly dented when received and so I will contact PETCO for a replacement

What is the bar spacing on this cage (32"x23"x66")???
