Can a bee sting if it been eaten by a puppy

I was told my puppy has hives what can I do to treat it

My dog had what appears to be hive like bumps yesterday morning and even after Benadryl yesterday they are still apparent today and they are itchy for him. I attached a photo of the most prominent ones but he has them all over his back

What do I need to do? I think she got stung. I'm not sure. Please help

One of our dogs is starting to suffer from hives while the other has been stuck with it all his life so far. The one that has been stuck with it has a grass allergy while other has no apparently allergies but constantly tries to eat grass. Is there anything I can do to help them? And what things should I avoid giving them?

Percy got stung by a bee on his nose this morning. We gave him a benedril and a few hours he has thrown up 4 times. Seems he has eaten horse poo also. Is the vomiting from the poo or the sting?

I believe he got stung (or tried to eat) a bee/wasp as his kept doing the head shaking/spitting type thing. What should I watch for in an emergency case? And what can I give him to make sure he doesn't swell or have a bad reaction, if anything. He's about 76lbs, a pit who is neutered. And as I make this post his mouth doesn't seem swollen. Thanks!
