I just saw a singular bug bite on my dog’s inner thigh. I am careful to check for ticks whenever we get home from walks, but unsure if this could be a bite from a tick or some other bug. The bite also has a little pus I’m guessing where the bug bit, that almost looks like a pimple. Any idea of what bug it could be?

Why does my cat meow at her bug rotating toy everytime she plays with it? Is she irritated that the toy is not dying even though shes slapping it all around the house? There's no hissing just meowing at the toy. There's also whining at the bug toy.

I am scared that the spots in the photo may be some type of bug or bug larvae burrowed into my Chihuahuas under belly. The red spots are from me picking at the spots. I did remove something but it was too small for me to see. Please help.

Hey I live in a duplex of an old 70's home and I'M COMSTANTLY FIGHTING BUGS GETTING IN! Now I know it's rare for dog and cats to go into anaphylactic shock from bug bites but are there any poisonous bugs I should be concerned about if they bite them like a spider? Could you give me species? Also are there bugs I should worry if my cat Angel eats she's the awesome bug killer of our house and often she kills the loan roach that gets in from outside or stink bug? We live in Memphis, TN.

Do you know what could cause these small red spots? Are they bug bites or maybe allergies? She's gotten a couple before and they've gone away on their own in the past. That was a few months ago. I know she likes to crawl under the bed. I'm concerned there might be some kind of bug biting her.

We found this fly-looking bug crawling on Cosmo today - I think I've found one once before. We were able to get it off but are worried there might be more? We asked around and people have suggested it could be a horse fly or a pigeon louse fly. We have been using frontline plus, but does this protect him against this bug? Should we be concerned? hello! my dog has grown a lump the size of a grape under her left eye since last week; thinking it is a bug bite I had given her baby Benadryl to reduce the “allergy”. I had thought of it to be a bug bite but I’m not sure because as I thought it was getting better I believe she scratched it and it began bleeding. Should I be worried or may I treat it at home with hydrogen peroxide and Neosporin?
