My dog pees like normal, but lately after emptying his bladder, he tries marking territory and just a couple drops of blood/pee come out. Is he straining to mark territory making this happen? His pee is not bloody or tinted and his behavior/eating has been nothing but normal.
How do I get my dog to stop marking his territory in the house?
My cat has been marking his territory since I got home today. My schedule has changed and I’m not home as much. He keeps going in the box though.
Will comfort zone for cats have a negative effect on dogs? I have 2 male chihuahuas, will this product make them try to mark territory or react negatively?
I have two male puppies and a cat. Both puppies are under a year and one has started marking his territory. Is there anyway to break him from this?
Based On my little experience i know that male dogs pee to mark their territory or ehen they need to mate so if i bought a male dog he will pee in the corners of the house or what??
Often times when I buy my puppy a fluffy bed and or crate pad I find him digging then peeing on the object. I read online that puppies often do this to “mark their territory” similar to behaviors exhibited on walks. When my puppy has accidents in the home it is on the regular floor ... so I am wondering if he is peeing on the beds on purpose so that others know it is “his”? I want to make sure it is in fact the “marking of his territory” rather then a regression in his potty training progress.
Why is my cat peeing everywhere all of a sudden ??we will be moving soon and I am wondering if it could be because they have a feeling that we might be moving soon and are trying to mark territory ?? Or is it something else ??
Since Pepper went to Rainbow Bridge Dolly does a lot of pawing her pillows and blankets when I take her to bed. Could. She be trying to leave her scent to claim territory? She didn't do this as much when Pepper was here.
Hachi is unneutered and recently he have been starting to mark his territory at home. I had been following a video on youtube by Zak George but it didnt help and didnt make any progress.Any more training tips on how to potty train Hachi to go potty outside and not at home?
My cat scared a dog for her kitten, and she tried to attack the dog and shooed him away. She was trying to attack him even though he was so big but I intervened and took her in. Is it a normal behaviour for cat she was scaring him as it was her territory.
Hi there - my dog (19-month-old female rescue, probably a husky/pit mix) has been peeing pretty frequently (more than 4 times a day) and occasionally rubbing her rear end across the floor. On walks she will often pee a little bit in a few different places. I'm not sure if she's just marking territory or if there's cause for concern about a UTI or anything else
