Hello! My 2 year old black lab has some concerning lab results. We stumbled upon this information during a routine blood test (the vet wanted to verify that it was safe for Finn to take Trazodone for long rides in the car when he gets anxious). Finn has no symptoms that I can tell. I adopted him at 7 weeks old and I don’t notice any changes in his behavior. Question #1: What further testing would you recommend based on these lab results?
2+ weeks ago, we noticed a red growth on our golden retriever Finn's lip. It looked like it had grown so we took him to get it checked out today. The Vet identified it as a mass so we scheduled Finn for surgery / biopsy next Tuesday. I know the biopsy is required, but in the meantime, any idea what it could be? I am so worried. Finn will be 2 yrs old next week. He is not irritated by the mass and is still his energetic self. When he was groomed last week, the technician did say the mass bled.
Whenever someone enters our house Rey gets excited and jumps on and starts to bite our other dog Finn. There are other times she will get excited and him, I worry that if I don't curb this behavior it might escalate, what can I do training wise to stop her from jumping our other dog when she's excited?
Hello, my 6 month old cat Finn has pooped in our shower a couple times and it has been more runny than usual. He uses his litter boxes as well and his poop in the litter boxes seems normal, but he has occasionally been pooping in the shower and it doesn't look solid. He also has been meowing a lot more than usual so I am not sure if he isn't feeling well. He could have eaten something he wasn't supposed to but I am not entirely sure.
Hi! My cat finn just turned 1 year. He was neutered in June. He has scooted ever since. I took him back in a few weeks after neuterand the vet thought it was just a small scab that hadn't healed yet. From what I can tell he uses the litter box fine. But I use pretty litter and it's recently been turning blue. I have another cat but I don't think it's her leaving the blue litter. How soon do I need to get him seen? He acts 100% fine, except for scooting. Thanks!!
We just moved into a new house on Thursday and had a rough time getting Finn in a carrier. After we got to the new house and let him out he has been off and on meowing for 3 days now and mostly at night. He never meowed, and never wanted to be petted and if you did he would bite and scratch you. You try to pick him up and he hissed. Now he lets us pet him. When he meows I can now pick him up and pet him. It seems to calm him. Is this normal behavior? Will he stay more mellow now?
My dog Finn started limping last night. He had been playing hard all day, then we went to the dog park and he had a blast playing fetch for an hour. I noticed him limping after but saw no injury. Today he is limping hard doesn’t want to put pressure in it and won’t even stand on it. I checked his paw / paw pad and saw nothing. What can I do to help him not be in pain? He is still wanting to play just you can tell it’s really bothering him. I don’t want to jump to conclusions so I’m asking help.
This afternoon, I discovered that Finn had been on the loose without his collar on. When I let him out, he had his collar on and was properly chained. About half an hour after I let him out, I went outside to check on him and saw his collar lying on the porch with his chain still attached. Within 10 seconds, he came running to me, but I don't know where from. I don't know where he had been, but he didn't have any wounds and I don't think any skunks got him. Is there anything else I need to do?

Hi! Good morning, I just found this in one pf my dogs....
Hi. My back moor goldfish is currently about six years old and I have grown quite attached to him. I have had him along with some other fish for half my life. But sadly he has developed a large slit on the lower half of his tail. He is not a fan tail. He has a common goldfish tail. It looks quite painful and my accounting has a similar problem. Is there anything I can do. I will be devastated if my beautiful babies die. SOS!! PLS HELP
