Can you use lubricant eye drops on dogs. polyethylene glycol 400, propylene glycol

Can latanoprost 0.005% and 1% sodium carboxymethylcellulose with stabalized oxychlora complex 0.075mg, boric acid,calcium chloride,magnesium chloride, sodium borate & sodium chloride be used together safely? My pug has KCS-black pigmentation with completely white background behind it.Tried to click photos.Few hrs after applying cmc liquigel drops I'm observing he's unable to see properly and confused.Cleaned with water slowly he was able to see.Is this side effect?No eye facilities in my state.

My vet thinks my 10 yr old german shepard has degenerative myelopathy and offered a medicine that may help slow down the progress. It has A.C.A. + liqutinic in the med. Just to get a second opinion I'd like to know if you have heard of this and is there anything else that may help? I appreciate your advice. Thanks!

Cream for dog with priritus

My pet dog has very minor wounds on which we had sprayed D'Mag but the spray though effective has left yellow stains on it's white coating which are very obvious. Please advice on how to get rid of the stains? Thank you.
