Aquiline is an inside cat although we try to have supervise outdoor leashtime we have found that his mesh harness what does what we were originally recommended stretches too much and he can rather easily slip out of it and get free he did this yesterday on our way back from the pet store to get him new toys. What type of harness would you recommend for supervised outside time

my senior cat has very dry skin lots of small flakes like tiny white pieces
2 year old neutered black doll face Persian cat (Murphy). In good health otherwise has developed crusty rash around neck and head other than his face. Itchy, he’s obviously uncomfortable. My white short hair cat has a sore area on her neck underneath her chin. It is approx 5cm round, hairless and has a red margin that is weeping slightly. She does not appear to be licking it. She is an indoor cat but escapes occasionally for short periods. We have another indoor cat too.
