I'm concerned about my three year old cat. We've had him since he was 8 weeks old and he used to love playing. We adopted a kitten in July and now my older cat now just doesn't like to play as much. If the kitten is around, he only fixes on her. If I separate them, she cries and he's done. I've tried having my fiance play with the kitten, and me with him, and no. He wants nothing to do with the toys he used to love. He plays pretty aggressively with the kitten, but they do get along. Any advice?
Need gromming store for my cat
We have 4 cats, Tempest and Eevee being our actual pets, the other two our roommate's. One of the cats is pooping and peeing just outside one of the 4 litter boxes. How can we figure out which cat it is so we know who to take to the vet to get Dx? My bf, myself, and our roommate all work and my bf is asleep in the day when the other two of us are working. We can't keep a constant eye and we have no money for a camera setup to monitor them.
I currently have one cat. She has many toys, a cat tree, scratching posts, a window to watch from, and I play with her for atleast 10 mins each day. However, I find that she does get bored and hyper at times where she starts running around and chasing her tail, which is a sign of boredom I suppose. And No matter how much I play with her, say 30 minutes, she asks for more. Do I need to get a second cat for her? What is a solution?
