Filling instructions: Fill bottle to capacity. Water bottle work on a vacuum lock. When bottle is filled and first inverted, press the control ball and let water trickle out until vacuum develops before placing bottle in holder. Occasional dripping due to temperature causing expansion of the bottle is normal. The double ball bearing design prevents leaks. Maintenance: It is recommended to wash and rinse bottle weekly. After cleaning and refilling, make sure sealing gasket is in place. Always tighten bottle cap securely; if cap is loose, air entry can cause nonstop dripping until bottle is empty. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Not Dishwasher Safe. Always Fill Bottle Completely Full.

- This is a perfect water bottle for guinea pigs because it doesn’t leak like so many others do! If you have two piggies, you don’t need a second water bottle, they will share the one!

Does the spout fit through a habitat with 3/8 bar spacing?
- Hi Gordon75319n Outside diameter of tube is 5/16” It should fit through but depends on thickness of bars. The spacing is considered 6/16 so you can see not much spare room. Thanks,

Is there a picture of it mounted in a cage? When you put the hooks over the bar, it doesn't hold the water bottle tight enough to keep it in place. Wondering if there is a trick or a picture to show how it works. Thanks! Kathy

My guinea pig drinks a lot of water during the day. I’d say I have 2 standard water bottles in their cage because I have Boog and Archie and recently Archie has been drinking much more. Boog worried me because he’d drink half of the bottle in a day and now Archie is sort of doing that. Can that be a problem?

My cat suddenly cannot seem to lap water from his bowl that he's had for his whole life. He eats his wet food just fine and loves licking the sauce up first. Should I purchase a water fountain for my dog? She does drink on her own several times a day. But that sounds like a good idea. Does it really encourage them to drink more water? Is it easy to clean? I currently like to wash my dogs water bowl daily with warm water and soap. Would this be doable with a water fountain? thanks!
9 years old shes been drinkimg a lot of water
Solo has a tendency to leak a little urine when he is lying down. Just a few drops, he does not seem to have a problem with going and is housebroken. He drinks what i believe is a sufficient amount of water and eats about two cups of food a day.
I got my Roborvoski hamster a day ago and I can't get him to drink from his bottle. I don't think it is too high or low, and I marked a line with a washable marker and it hasn't gone done. I also put a little peanut butter on the spout to encourage him but that didn't work either. My last hamster died after four days so I am really worried about him. His name is Mikey. Please help me!
Recently it seems like Precious has been drinking more water than usually. However, I measured it & it seems like she’s not drinking enough. On Monday she drunk like 2.7 oz & today about 3 oz (she drunk water 10 times today). when she’s laying next to me she seems to be giving off heat. Also sometimes when she lays down I hear a whistle for a while. Or I hear her stomach “growl.” She’s playing, eating, & her pee seems normal. What could this be? I plan on taking her in in the morning. She’s 4lbs
When cats don’t drink enough water they pee small quantities?
I have an older cat 15 years old female and drinking less than normal water that I change daily and constipated and have switched to dry food with no grains and one small can of wet per day. Looking for constipation solution when more water not an option.
