I got this water bottle for my female rats cage and it is the ONLY one so far that does not and has never leaked or had a constant drip. I've been trying to find the bigger one in store but I may just have to order it.

Bought this for a teddy bear hamster on Saturday. Tuesday morning woke up to an almost empty bottle and wet bedding. It was dripping continuously. Upon inspection I can see a very tiny chunk of metal gone from the lip. Just enough to make it drip.

    Has anyone found a way to stop the leak? Bought this and the specific holder designed for it. Have tried all the online fixes and it still steadily pours all over the cage every time. So disappointed.

      I know this is an old question but just in case anyone needs to know how to prevent leaks in these bottles: don't use the "fill line" but fill it completely, then I slightly squeeze it to provide pressure...in over 7 yeats I've never had one of these leak
