WAY to small. No rabbit deserves to live in a cage. Rabbits need at least 16 square feet of space! This is very sad. Get an X-pen, they are WAY cheeper and your rabbit will be so much happier.

I was super excited when I found this cage. I thought it was the perfect size for my two bunnies with a second level for them and a wire bottom with a pull out tray to help for easy cleaning. When I finished setting it up, I was extremely disappointed at how small it is. The size shown in the picture is very misleading. This is barely big enough for one rabbit, let alone two. I am only keeping it until I can save up enough money to buy a bigger cage. Wish they had this exact cage but much bigger and I would be happy. This would probably be an ideal cage for much smaller animals such as a guinea pig.

I bought this cage for my ferret and it looked big in the picture and when I finally received it yesterday and assembled it I was disappointed it was too small for my ferret definitely not for a ferret

A home for our squirrel

I rescued a baby squirrel and she outgrew the cage I had her in. This cage is a good size for her. She has room to walk and climb. I hung a hammock bed, water bottle and two food dishes. She has chew toys too. I like the large front door and the top access door. The fact that it’s on casters makes it easy to move her around for different views and to clean under the cage. The shelf is good for storage. My only complaint is the platform and ramp. They are made of plastic and by the third day she chewed right through it and I had to remove what was left and throw it away. So her two floor cage is now a one floor. Any animal can chew it not just a squirrel. It should be made of a metal instead. Other than that, the cage is nice. A good size for her, a rabbit, guinea pig or ferret.

      Can you take the inside bottom grill out and leave it out. I don't want my rabbit to have to walk on that.

        A much better option for a rabbit is a tall exercise pen with fleece flooring. They need room to hop around and stretch out, and fleece is soft for their feet, so will help prevent sore hocks.
