Very well built and sturdy. This is my third one and the cats seem to love it and go to scratcher. Is attractive and nice piece of furniture. Eventually the fabric cover of post frays from claws and seems to pull down or buckle but that is after a lot or months of scratching. Everything wears out or ages with time. Very pleased with quality and design and highly recommend. I think my three cats would recommend as well.

My cat uses this throughout the day. It works great and it's very sturdy.

Does not come with the Allen wrench necessary to put it together. The base is uneven and the top has areas where the paint has been chipped. Poor quality control! There’s already a piece of the sisal that is frayed and sticks out.

Tall and sturdy, this blends in nicely with my decor. Love it so much I will buy again for another room, once it is back in stock! My cat loves it - it doesn't move when he's scratching and he can't reach its full height.

Sturdy and does not fall over when my 13 pound Maine Coon scratches it. Best scratch post!!

I bought this in Dec 19' you can't tell where my Maine coon even uses it. It's awesome, should last for years!

I purchased this post a couple of weeks ago and my 3 cats love it. It tall enough for them to stretch and scratch and very sturdy. Much better that your typical carpet post...no mess from the carpet fibers. I plan on purchasing another post for the upstairs level.

This was a present for my boy w/paws. Being very new I can only review the quality. Let's see how it stands up to a 16# MCoon
