My 7 month old loves it! I would suggest you. Put some weight in the bottom section to keep it falling over if your cat pushes off from the top. I used an 8 pound hand weight. If tree falls over it will break.

This is a really great product for our kitten. She loves sleeping on the top tier and climbing through the tunnel. I don't think the top tier will be big enough when she if full grown. I wish the top tier was a little bigger so an adult cat would have room to sleep there also. Otherwise, this is a great product.
