Sturdy and strong if put together properly

These steps are very sturdy and have easy to follow instructions. They are made of quality plastic with steps that are slightly angled. I found using a rubber mallet instead of liquid soap is the best solution for keeping this step from wobbling. No glue or adhesive is required. Both my cats love it. They take turns sleeping in the chair or on the top step.

Very sturdy but the steps are huge. Too big for chihuahuas. I think this is more practical for larger dogs. I ended up returning the product.

I've had this for 3 years and it never stays together. I have cats not dogs. Heaviest cat is 14 pounds. I'm avoiding this brand .

      I don’t know the maximum weight recommendation.  It is a solid, very sturdy step.  I do use a latex backed rug underneath it to prevent slippage. I’m completely satisfied with its functionality.

    Is this product ok to leave outside for outdoor use? I am installing a dog door in the wall, and I need two steps for my dog to not have to jump down into the backyard.
