The instructions are vague with only pictures and the shelves are impossible to figure out where they are supposed to go, as well as the ramps. They don't show all this. The doors have just bars that you have to slid up and down to secure. Other than that its a large and roomy cage. It's nice that the two large parts of the cage are already assembled and not all in pieces like some other cages.

I bought this product around October. It's huge my 2 ferrets seem to love it!! But be careful, my girl ferret found an escape route!! The open on the very bottom of the cage where u pull out the bottom for easy cleaning, if it's pushed all the way back they can squeeze through push the lil door open. Even if u have it pushed up to front they can move. I had to zip tie until I can figure way to keep her in!!

I bought this cage less than six months ago for my two ferret friends. In about four months, the hinge for the top door broke off. In six months, the bottom hinge broke off. After calling the company, they have refused to send a new one. They had suggested paying $25 for a brand new top when all I needed was a new door. It was a great cage while it lasted, but definitely not worth the money if you are looking to make it last.

It is a great cage. The only problem I had was when I received it the box was smushed in one corner and when I opened it the corner of the cage that was in that corner was bent a little and it took some manhandling on my dad and I's part in order to get the cage put together. Once we were able to get the corner pieces lined up it went together nicely.

I was really impressed on the cost of this its huge enough room for my ferrets to run around. I am disappointed on how messy it can get because when they poop it falls to the outside of the cage. I did buy a pooping potty for them and they chewed it off track so I'm trying to figure out how to rig something to wrap around the inside of the cage so it's easier to clean.

I had to buy a new cage because my ferret kept escaping from her old cage. AWESOME cage! I have two ferrets and they love the cage. It is super easy to clean and the cage is very well made. The cage is also very easy to breakdown for transportation. Putting the cage together was a breeze. Great cage at a great price!
