Is it safe to buy a UV Sterilizer Green killer filter for my turtles? The water gets dirty really fast and I've pretty much tried everything, but the algae keeps growing fast. The problem is that I've seen a lot of negative reviews on that filter, saying that it got their fish killed. Now, I've done some research on that and found out that that UV lights could damage both animals and humans, however the very few reviews that were written by turtle owners were positive. Is it totally safe?

Can we treat this type of crawling worms in my planted aquarium tank in the soil substrate ? Can we remove by (Fenbendazole 150mg. Tablet) ? Someone suggested me ...we treat by Fenbendazole 250mg in 60 litre water tank ? We should know that if we used fenbendazole tablet for deworming purpose in my tank , so my fish can died by Fenbendazole ?
My turtle has recently formed what looks to be faded white spots. I have a basking spot, a light, a water filter, and a 10 gallon tank. I like to make sure my turtle has what he needs so please let me know if he has any type of infection or something wrong with him.
So I've been thinking about getting an axolotl, but I'm a bit confused as I've never had any type of aquarium. My question is: I've been told to get an Aquaclear 50 HBO filter (plus a sponge one for extra bio media), and to slow the flow by placing plants and things under it. But this specific model's slowest flow is 250 l/h, which might be too little for a 90l tank. But if I set it up to 370 or so (which I find would be the best), the flow might be too strong for the axie! Any solutions? <3
