Lifegard Aquatics Pro-MAX UV Sterilizer is available in 25 and 40 Watt High Out UV bulb and 55, 90 and 120 Watt Ultra High Output Amalgam Style UV Bulb - featuring a patent-pending, flow-through design with less restrictive angled inlet and outlet ports requiring less plumbing. This unique design enables easy installation of new or replacement systems as it can be positioned in multiple ways to fit any tight space. Available with 3" housing in 25, 40, 55, 90 and 120 Watt models and 5" housing in 55, 90 and 120 Watt sizes. Each Pro-MAX features a High Output UV Bulb, Internal Protective Sleeve, and UL Listed Ballast which counts down the number of days until you need to replace the bulb. Maximum Operating Pressure 30 PSI.

I have recently used medication in my 50 gal freshwater fish tank with one 22 year old comet goldfish in it . the meds cured my fish but must have killed my beneficial Bacteria as now my established tank has been going through another nitrogen cycle. It's been four weeks now the ammonia us back to zero so is nitrite zero BUT my nitrates are now spiked about 80 and the water is cloudy. Did 2 partial water changes over the last 8 days. Will a UV sterilizer help ?? Please advise. Thanks Lina

I keep axolotl and am having a continuous fungus problem, my water tests are great. I can provide the parameters if I actually speak with someone. It’s been a period of a few months and the fungus keeps coming back. This is just one of them 3 out of 4 have gotten it.
I have a wolf fish that seems to be sick. He is upside down in the tank now for 24 hrs. He is still breathing but seems to bee struggling. I have increased the temp in the tank and added aquarium salt. I have added a bacterial and fungal treatment today into the tank. I have used some moss to prop him up correctly in hopes this will help him. What would u suggest? Please help.
