Unfortunately, my tube was broken in half during shipping - something to keep in mind if you are ordering this online versus picking up in a store. I still used it in my tank after checking for sharp edges. I found that my shrimp and my other smaller fish like kuhli loaches really liked this hide. It sinks right down to the bottom, and the color is nice and doesn't stand out a lot in my planted tank. I would be careful if you have fish that could get stuck in the holes. This hasn't been a problem in my tank, but I suspect larger loaches might find that tempting. Overall, nice little addition for bottom of the tank swelling friends.

The product was broken when it was received so I did not get a chance to use it. I unfortunately don't have a review to write since I didn't get to use it. I would have to say the quality could be better and the packaging needs to be improved for shipping

Unfortunately, I was unable to use this product in my fish tank. The delivery service was careless and once I received the ornament it was shattered into pieces. This is no fault of Petco. I’ve had great experiences in past with Petco’s fish tank ornaments.

This is an excellent solution for sinking veggies to the bottom of a tank or providing a hiding place from small fish or invertebrates. It is a high quality material that cleans up easily and seems like it will last a long time!

Great safety log for small fish or creatures. Love the holes so you can see who is hiding. We have a huge ciclid that came with our tank so hideouts are a need for little fishes. Nice texture, good small size so the big guy cannot get in!
