I picked this bowl up recently for my fast eating cat and I LOVE IT! Already I’m noticing a difference in her eating speed. It’s a little sad watching her work for her food, but it’s the first time in a while she hasn’t immediately thrown up after stuffing her face! She’s taking her time and coming back to it when she wants more. The grooves are quite narrow (I’ll mainly be using it for dry food) so if your pet has a wide/larger face might want to consider using it for kibble only. Thanks petco!

Vet recommended that we get a slow feeder dog bowl as our puppy was inhaling his food and not always keeping it down. This has worked fantastically. He is smart and has figured out all the nooks and crannies but it is still helping him to eat slower. Love it!

I purchased this a week ago for my pup. She is having some digestive issues . Since using this bowl she eats slower and less stomach issues. Well made product and easy to clean.

Saw a huge difference in the first use. My dog would scarf his food down without chewing. I tried feeding him in smaller portions but he was still gagging. I used this bowl and put his full portion in. Worked so well. I must say that I was skeptical at first but it worked for my 2 month old beabull. I'd say its worth a shot.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. Petco rewards program is not. It says I have rewards, go to the app to load & nothing ever shows up, so I don't seem to ever get any rewards.

Does not hold 1.6 cups, I feed my dog less than a cup and the food spills out when she eats. It hardly slows her down. Bought the medium size.

Supposed to hold 1.6 cups, barely holds less than a cup food I feed my dog. Had to buy the medium size, this bowl did not slow her feeding down.

Bought this slow feeder bowl to replace one we had that had broken. It is just what I wanted. Little dog little bowl and slows him down a bit.
