How do we get replacement scratch posts my cat enjoys it so much but it is slowly becoming unscratchable
I purchased SKU 3139147 EYAY-2PACK DBLWD CRDBRD REFILL because in the questions someone asked about replacing the scratch board. It is not wide enough. The opening measure 9”x18”. The size on the package says 9” x18”. It actually measures 8 1/2 “. Help

Are the jute support posts replaceable?
- I’m not sure but I’ve had this cat tree for a year and it’s still in good shape. The cardboard scratch pad is replaceable. I’ll be doing that soon

How much does it weigh?
- It's more than 20lbs, but don't waste your money. It can not be put together properly because the holes do not line up properly

Are the scratching posts made with jute or sisal?
- I'm guessing they are jute because they are much softer than the posts I know are woven sisel. I have never seen my cats scratch on them the way they do all the other posts I have around the house. I bought it primarily because one cat needed a house to get away from the other cat.

How do I refill the cardboard stretcher and replace the dangling toy?
- Hi Medina You can purchase SKU 3139147 EYAY-2PACK DBLWD CRDBRD REFILL for the refill, and you just need to run something slim around the edge of the existing scratcher to pop it out, and you pop the replacement in. For the dangling toy, you can replace it with any of our Leaps and Bounds replaceable toys like SKU 2312198 EZ Snap Flip Feather Cat Teaser Toy Refill, 14" Length. Thanks,

My cat is super active at night for a few days, she keeps scratching the sofa and running around. She is spayed. We have two scratching cardboards and a cat tree for her. We just moved to a new apartment for 3 weeks and she seems accommodating quite well for the new environment.

Hi. Since Oliver is the only cat here and I can't afford to have another cat, how do I make him happy and safe as an indoor outdoor kitty?
We found out our 6 month old ragdoll was peeing in the bathtub which is less than 1 metre from the litter box. We then covered the bathtub with a glass table top and he seems to still jump up and pee on top when we're not around. He drinks plenty of water and eats fine and is on a very good diet. Could this just be his habit or are there any recommendations as we were thinking of getting him a second litter box and putting it on top of the bath. Any suggestions or help please. Thankyou.
