Questions
I damaged one of these trying to replace the scratching surface, and it never held together as well after that. Any tips for smooth replacement?
- Hi Kayella, We suggest removing the cardboard from the top of the ramp first, and then when putting the replacement in start from the bottom. Thanks

how do you keep this from moving around?
- I wedge it in between the couch and coffee table to hold it still. (Small cats can also just sit on it and scratch!)

I am curious because the dimension of the scratcher say 17.5 inches in length but the refills say 18 inches in length - are you sure the refilss with the sku of 2365409 are the correct ones?

Is the corrugated insert replaceable?
- Yes. Petco sells 2-packs of the replacement inserts. Also note that each insert is two-sided, so you can flip it over to "refresh" the surface.

How many pounds does this hold?
- Hi Animalfriend1, This ramp is designed for all breeds with average sizes of 10-15 lbs. We would say, based off design, it could support up to 20 lbs. Thanks,

Can I get refills for this? If so, I need two. Have had mine for years, and this style is the only style my cat will use because of the incline, but the cardboard fillers are pretty much toast .
- You can buy replacements for this scratcher. However, it may be cheaper to buy a new scratcher if it has any wear.

After the cat uses this will I need to vacuum up a mess each time?
- Hi heyjude54, The cardboard scratches do leave behind cardboard debris. They are disposable for this reason. If you are concerned about the clean up, we would direct you to one of the carpet scratchers or jute rope scratchers as these wouldn’t have the same issue. Thanks,

I just bought this scratcher and inside was a little pouch with dry herbs (like herbal tea). What is it for? And what is it? Thanks.
- It is catnip. You can sprinkle it on. NOTE:the catnip will eventually work it's way out of the cardboard. I just vacuumed it up after the kitties were done flopping in it.

My kitten likes to scratch my wooden chair, doors,and occasionally the door frames. I bought her a wooden cat scratcher with catnip and all she does is bite, sleeps, and lays on it. Do you have any recommendations on what would be a good scratching post? Sisal rope, Sisal carpet, and etc?

13yo indoor male cat with hx of seasonal allergies, vet says not treatable. He has been scratching just in front of his ears off and on for years, but tonight I noticed that he has significant scratches/scabs (not oozing) on R side.
