Will my 6 month old kitten grow out of playing in her litter box? It's so unsanitary. We got her a tower recently that she doesn't even touch, plus lots of boxes for her to play in. How can I get her to use cat tower more? Feliway doesn't seem to work.

My 5 yrs. old Calico apartment cat used to a big place in my apartment , but I`m facing an upcoming surgery & I live all alone & I can`t find anyone to ta e my cat into their hose, therefore I1ll board her in a kennel & i`ma afraid she`ll go into a separation anxiety since she is used to a big place where she can walk & jump( her bladder is narrow) , but in the kennel not much space to move sound. So I took in a stray that is at least five years old and has rather obviously had it rough. I am keeping him segregated and also set up a cat condo for him in said room, which he tends to stay in, sleeping (the condo, I mean). I bought him this nice, plush self warming bed that he is absolutely rejecting. Seriously, he'd rather sleep on bare floor than this bed. But he'll rub on it and lean against it to sleep. Why does my guy hate his bed? *note, I have provided him with soft blankets he loves.
