The Blue Velvet Nudibranch are an awesome cleaning crew member and are known to devour pesky flatworms and reproduce within your aquarium. Do not be alarmed if you see white curly masses those are actually a strand of eggs. Since they can be sensitive, drip acclimation is recommended to get them used to their new water conditions. These little guys are about 2 inches in size and have electric blue stripes on its body. Their heads are hammer shaped and they have two streamers like appendages. This nudibranch is found in the Indo-West Pacific region singly or in pairs within the shallow waters of coral reefs.

ACCLIMATION: Avoid exposing new aquatic life to bright lights after opening the box. Turn off aquarium lights prior to floating aquatic life. Allow the sealed bag with your new fish to float in your aquarium for at least 15 minutes (but no longer than one hour) to ensure the water in the bag matches the temperature in your aquarium. A bacteria booster addition can assist with the addition of new aquatic life. Petco offers free water testing in store to determine if your water is safe for the addition of new aquatic life. DIET: A well-balanced diet consists of a variety of flakes, pellets, freeze-dried and frozen foods, depending on the species. FEEDING: Feed sparingly and no more than fish can eat in 1-2 minutes. Overfeeding can quickly foul the water, especially in smaller aquariums.

Hello, I am writing on behalf of my male Betta fish. I believe my fish has marine velvet. Some of his symptoms are lethargy, color fading, trouble swimming, and a rust colored patch on his head. His water is also somewhat murky even after a recent water change. He is in a 1.3 gallon tank, and is the only fish residing in it. I am worried for him and wonder what to do. Please let me know your opinion on the situation, and some possible treatments.
My last has some light blue spots in outer part of ears
I found a female Lichen moth a few days ago, and her back end is squished. I've given her water and put flowers in her net, it doesn't seem like she's drinking/eating.
This is a baby turtle named Rocky. He has a light brown spot on the back of his shell. I was wondering if that would a cause for concern. I have attached a picture. It's near the back by his tail.
I just saw what looks like a bruise on the inside of Coral's leg. She hasn't had any injuries, and it doesn't seem to cause her any discomfort. I just want to be sure that it isn't anything more serious. Thank you!
I have this baby female betta and she has the pink string on the side of her and I am not sure what it is. I think it is a parasite but I want to know for sure.
I have bought an odessa barb about a month ago. About 2 weeks ago she started to form a sandlike, white "bump". I then treated the tank for ich, but now my barb has three areas where its red under the white thing. The white bump is more like flesh, i think. Help?..
