Cleaning crews are essential for managing your aquarium while also reducing your work load. The Blue Tuxedo Urchin is a great addition to any aquarium for multiple reasons. They got this name due to their "formal" appearance. Add this urchin to help control coralline algae growth. Be sure there is enough space and food if you plan on adding more than one to an aquarium. They have a very unique way of moving around the aquarium by using a water vascular system. There are water canals through the inside of the urchin that pump water through the madreporite (red eye) and that allows their small tube feet to move around the aquarium. If you see this urchin begin to lose some spines, be sure to check the water parameters because shedding is usually an indicator of poor water quality.

ACCLIMATION: Avoid exposing new aquatic life to bright lights after opening the box. Turn off aquarium lights prior to floating aquatic life. Allow the sealed bag with your new fish to float in your aquarium for at least 15 minutes (but no longer than one hour) to ensure the water in the bag matches the temperature in your aquarium. A bacteria booster addition can assist with the addition of new aquatic life. Petco offers free water testing in store to determine if your water is safe for the addition of new aquatic life. DIET: A well-balanced diet consists of a variety of flakes, pellets, freeze-dried and frozen foods, depending on the species. FEEDING: Feed sparingly and no more than fish can eat in 1-2 minutes. Overfeeding can quickly foul the water, especially in smaller aquariums.
If we need to contact you for any reason about your order, shipping of your package may be affected. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. Orders are subject to verification of payment information by phone or email. We ship for arrival to the customer Tuesday through Friday and Saturday for an extra charge where available.

Hi, My fish has white spot which is expanding. It also has something around mouth. Spot looks white with small dots in it. I thought it is an ich outbreak. Currently tank is treated with Sera omnipur (30% of recommended dose). It is big pufferfish. thanks for your help Nikola
So I have been thinking about getting a new caged animal, but am not sure what to get. I am hoping for a fairly easy animal to care for (AROUND the same "hardness level" as care for a Crested gecko), and one that doesn't need tons of (tank or cage) space. Also, I saw a Cowfish on a YouTube channel, and I thought they where cute, so I tried to find its care online, but I couldn't find anything. Nor could I find someone selling one.
Hi my mississippi map turtle has a cist like lump just by his left nosstle, it's all puss but not leaky pussy, it's like soft cheese. It started off as a little white dot, have u any ideas, bits keep falling off the lump too. Leaving open wounds. Stewart.
My razorback musk turtle, got it for one and a half weeks or so, still small, has a yellowish white lump on its front leg. Like acne. What is this? Should I be worried? Thanks for your help!
Hi. This is my first time having a pet turtle. I had it for a year. Do you know what may be causes his shell to look like this?
There’s something in my fish tank, but I have no idea what it is and I need help identifying it. Thank you!
Hi my baby turtle has a black spot on its shell.
my baby turtle Tommy has bumps on it. That’s like orange or yellowish and i don’t know if he’s okay
Does my turtle have a skin disease ?
My (male?) leopard gecko has what appears to be a bubble near its front right arm. I poked it with my finger to see if it was solid and it move, I poked it again and it moved back to over the arm again (on the shoulder). I think it is ether an air or fluid bubble under the skin, I do not know why it was there or how long it has been there, my gecko does not appear to have any other signs of illness.
My last has some light blue spots in outer part of ears
My turtle isnt moving much its about 3 inches and the shell is extremely soft around the edges i i believe shes sick nd or dying
