I received this carrier as a gift and me and my cats love it! The wide handles and shoulder strap attachment, make carrying them easy. They love to look out the plastic dome, which encourages their curiosity while still feeling safe and protected in the reinforced fleece bed insert

I was really excited... 1. Outside construction is solid. That’s the best feature. 2. The acrylic bubble at one end is a disaster waiting to happen. Expect lots of banging into walls, doorways, car doors, etc. It’s anti-intuitive. 2. The “Sherpa” insert bed does not fit the base of the carrier. Spent 10+ minutes trying to make what doesn’t fit, fit. It doesn’t work. It has a cardboard base insert, and 2 Velcro strips in the center. Whether you remove the cardboard or not, makes no difference. The bed is longer than the carrier so you need to stuff it when you zip it. As for the Velcro, think of trying to put together a bed frame whose measurements are sloppy, too narrow to hold a mattress, and the only support is a square foot piece of wood, etc. Rather than providing Velcro around the edge of the “bed” and center, to ensure a proper and secure fit, what you can expect instead is constant shifting to the extent (without the cardboard) that your cat could easily end up below it. I expected quality and found instead the defective execution of a decent idea. Can’t blame China for producing a product they did not design but simply manufactured. Plus, it’s a good chunk of dollars better spent elsewhere.

Perfect for our little 7 pounder! There's plenty of room for him to turn around. The space bubble has little airholes at the bottom for fresh air and a view without netting. It collapses to a small footprint for easy storage (although I tend to leave ours out so our little guy doesn't freak out when it's actually time to goto the vet, and get a heads up by taking out the carrier.)
